To design, build and install a bench/sculpture in the Humber Bridge Country Park with the aid of Hessle High School pupils. Due to the difficulty in having children handling the necessary heavy duty materials, I instigated a virtual project [Virtual9] to run hand in hand with the bench design. The idea of a pre-vandalised bench came from the students who are well aware of the problems faced in the area. Maybe it will attract more spray painting and deflect such interest from the other benches. |
